Consumer & Market Trends in Real Estate

Real estate in India continues to be a favored destination globally for investors, developers and non-resident Indians (NRIs), driven largely by investor-friendly government policies and increasing globalization.

Being a good employment generation sector, real estate contributes effectively to India's gross domestic product (GDP). The foreign direct investment (FDI) in the sector is expected to be much better in the next 10 years from its current status. The real estate sector in India is witnessing rapid growth in the residential, commercial and industrial segments.

Real estate development, once restricted to bigger cities, have shown marked progress in smaller cities and towns owing to availability of banks loans, higher earnings and improved standard of living. The sector's progress is driven by factors such as rapid urbanization, a growing trend towards nuclear families, positive demographics, rural–urban migration, ever-developing infrastructure, higher income levels and housing demand. The real estate sector, with its growing investment opportunities, is expected to boost annual revenues to a great extent.

The Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Bill, 2013, as approved by the Union Cabinet is a pioneering initiative aimed at delivering a uniform regulatory environment to protect the consumer, help in quick verdicts of disputes and ensure systematic growth of the sector. The Bill will promote transparency, fair and ethical business practices, relating to transactions, through disclosure of project details and contractual obligations vis-à-vis the project and the buyer, promoting informed choice for the buyers. This will substantially reduce the power asymmetry prevalent in real estate transactions.

The Bill will infuse professionalism and promote planned development of the real estate sector through the promotional role of the Regulatory Authority. The Bill will ensure timely completion of projects, and prevent fund diversion. The Bill provides for a speedy and specialized adjudication mechanism to settle disputes between the promoter, buyer and real estate agents, thereby de-clogging the civil courts and consumer forums, from disputes in the real estate sector.

Another upcoming trend is namely the increasing focus of online property transactions. Traditionally in India, agents are the centre of real estate transactions. Involving face to face contact not only means a much more personal approach, it also reduces the risks of property scams. There is an involvement of the third party as a mediator, to take care of the intricacies. This position of an agent has been a distinctive feature of the real estate business model in India for a long time.

Recently, there has been a change to the role of an agent as middle man, with a number of online resources entrenching their position as the agents’ front window, listing hundreds and thousands of properties for sale and providing advice to buyers. Improved technology is increasing the popularity of virtual tours of properties, blogs with current information on the market and insights and use of social networks. With buying real estate being the biggest financial commitment for most consumers, it is hardly unexpected that home buyers are willing to use what the Internet has to offer to support their buying decisions. The impact of the Internet on the real estate profession should not be underestimated. Agents should utilize opportunities offered online to adapt in their business models and include the use of technology in their business success strategies.

Agents are already embracing the use of the Internet, dedicating a greater percentage of their marketing budgets to online initiatives. Despite the challenges the Internet has brought to the real estate profession, it is doubtful that it will replace agents. Indeed, expertise offered by professional real estate agents and their social networks to other professionals cannot be substituted by online resources. It is important to remember that new technology poses threats but at the same time delivers benefits. Agents need to adapt themselves to this changing consumerism, success lies ahead if they can be more transparent, fair, professional and educated for the transaction.

Real Estate- Dreams of Today n Vision for Tomorrow

Way back in 2003, when I got into real estate, after spending years of my life in architecture, little did I know, what I was getting into. Real estate at that time was more like a property shop, disorganized, with hardly any processes or systems in place; it was not an industry at all. But I sincerely love my decision of stepping in here; it transformed my life forever. After spending eleven years here, I can definitely call this an industry, and I can say that I truly love real estate.

This industry is full of innovative thinkers, socially responsible developers, and mostly ambitious individuals. The real estate game is indeed played by the people, and it’s the people that make it great. With that in mind I encourage each and every one in this profession to become a student of the game and gain more knowledge every day to bring about positive change. As this industry is changing very fast, so we need to be updated and kept abreast with latest trends and information. In this industry's language only "An Investment in knowledge pays the best interest".

It is not easy to be a real estate developer, today when we have examples of lot of entrepreneurs; business conglomerates that were successful in other industries, have now entered into real estate and made a huge success story. It is only by having a big dream today, and having a great vision for a better tomorrow, which helps one succeed in this industry, despite all the odds that are likely to come your way. I would like to add here- "Vision is the Art of seeing what is Invisible to others."

What I have realized and always felt is that, Real estate professionals are certainly a unique group of people, a group of individuals with completely different skill-sets, who come together and build something that is architecturally significant, makes a neighborhood better, and create wonderful humane spaces in which people can work and play. One creates tangible assets that make an immediate impact on society.

Real Estate involves a grand physical scale, a component of artistry, and a relative permanence. But real estate can also be dangerous, when you know less and think you know it all. Life is all about learning more and more, and at all ages and at all phases of our life, so learn more and more and let it become a little less dangerous. In business schools we learn a lot of techniques and concepts, but no school can teach us about real financial risk – the kind that would be life-altering for anyone. And trust me you have to put yourself in such a situation, in order to understand a real estate transaction. Then only you would be in the right position to understand what your client is going through. For choosing this as a career, understand the risks involved, and the decision making hiccups involved. But it’s really worth the roller coaster ride, which this industry provides us, being a real estate professional, it allows me to participate in one of the most important moments in a person’s life, it allows me to protect these people’s interests, and be a person in their life that they remember as a confidant, trustworthy personnel, who helped them, sail through their tough deal smoothly.
I would encourage the youngsters to choose a career in real estate; it can open the door to many opportunities. Today’s fast-paced market offers a challenging career opportunity in real estate; however, long hours, hard work, diligence, and perseverance are a must to be successful here, but isn’t that true to be successful anywhere. Building a career in real estate, as with most professions, requires a great deal of hard work. But with commitment, there is potential for great personal and financial rewards. You should not expect immediate results, it does take some time.

Real estate is as much about relationship building as it is about selling. Those who have achieved significant success in the real estate industry may not only have a strong knowledge of the industry, but they also maximize the benefits of networking and continued education. Come join the bandwagon, be a part of this thrilling roller coaster ride, have fun.

Conditioning To Success

People create their own good or bad luck by their own thoughts. Conditioning to success is nothing else but conditioning our thoughts to success. We have to stop creating our own failure, we have to stop being afraid of success. One of the greatest facts in this world is that when a man changes and really changes in the God- centered way, everything changes for good. Here I am referring to just the change of thought from negative to positive if you want success, otherwise vice verse option is always there.

Our conditioning controls us, and thus, the actions, results and consequences of our life. You are where you are today as a result of your conditioning. It controls our emotions, feelings, actions and decisions. It is OUR central programming. We should really understand our “conditioning?” And, why is it so important?

First, let me assure that the state of conditioning is absolutely critical to the state of our life and it is the most important factor – out of the many factors and elements – in whether or not we will achieve the life that we Desire. No matter how much or what one study’s, or what actions one takes (or fail to take), if the conditioning is “faulty,” one shall not achieve the Desired Results. Indeed, the Law of Attraction – as well as the other Universal Laws – is absolutely useless if one has, and engages in, faulty conditioning.

Conditioning – Regardless of the kind and regardless to what extent we are actively involved as to the nature, level and extent of the content – takes place all day long, each day. We continue to condition ourselves, whether we know it or not, whether we like it or not.

And, the worst part about it is that 99% of the input data is NOT TRUE. Yes, that’s right – it’s NOT TRUE! We make it up, assign meaning to it, and then live by it. Nothing is really “true” unless we say it is!

There are two kinds of people tough minded and tender minded. Tender minded are the one’s who under obstacles and difficulties are influenced by criticism and lose heart easily. They whine and fail. While tough minded are the people from all walks of life, who have a strong element of toughness built into them, with the help of Almighty God. They have the inner power to stand up to any difficulty; they have what it takes to take it. All their actions indicate as if it is impossible to fail. Help from Him is necessary.

First step to conditioning of success is to never give up- never give in; stand up to it- fight it through with the aid from the God thus becoming a strong person, well able to bear the weight of life most successfully.

Conditioning to success is to condition yourself on day to day jobs, by conditioning and reconditioning the thoughts, and creating thoughts of success, good and winning. The thought is the ancestor of the deed, if the mind is conditioned with the thoughts of success; the deeds of success naturally tend to follow. But notice that an important ingredient of this pattern is to ask for God’s help.

Clearly define what success means to you. And if that is in harmony with God’s desire for you than you shall receive it. But if your defined success is just superficial wealth or material success than it might not be in harmony with His plan. Because His desire is to give us real riches, successful in all aspects economic, social, spiritual, intellectual, and physical. Don’t underestimate the good things that God wants for us and shall give us, if and only if we shall learn to receive.

The quality of our life is the quality of the questions we ask our self every day. The questions should be designed in such a way to cause an experience of more happiness, excitement, pride, gratitude, joy, commitment, and love every day in all aspects of life. That is how day to day conditioning for success can be worked out. On the other side if you are asking yourself how can I be successful? Pay attention to mental block or doubt you encounter on a daily basis. We all experience these feelings. How many times have you allowed these thoughts or feelings to consume you and affect your productivity? If negative thoughts in your sub-conscious control your conscious feelings than how can you succeed.

If we want to succeed in anything in this world we need to do the things that make the difference to whether we succeed or not because there are no in-between measures for the winners. The biggest obstacle we face in reaching our goals is ourselves. The understanding and controlling of our mental conditioning is critical to our success.

One can do and achieve any amount of success, if first you can believe that you can. Believing opens the channels of creative and dynamic good. It sets power flowing in even the most difficult circumstances. In the worst moment of defeat look for victory. Think Big, pray Big, Believe Big, Act Big and you shall become Big.

Tenacity- The Power of Persistence

A certain inner attitude with which we live our life – A firm resolution not to give up, no matter what challenges come, no matter what setbacks, no matter what disappointments or discouragements come. Tenacity is a resolution, an attitude that I will not leave my pursuit until and unless I get complete success in it, I shall continue with the practice- having taken up something wise, something good, never to abandon it, never to leave it, to be determined to come out victorious.

You can call this trait whatever you like -- persistence, perseverance, tenacity, determination, doggedness, tenaciousness, strength, or purpose -- but regardless of what you call it; it is a common trait in every successful person. Tenacity is the hard work you do after you get tired of doing the hard work you already did.

One has to be very clear here that we should develop the quality of being tenacious and not obstinate. Although both carry the power of persistence but there is a clear line of demarcation. The difference is of the intention and purpose of achieving a particular goal. Is it for your own selfish interests or for the benefit of the mankind as a whole? Obstinacy is a negative quality while tenacity is a positive quality. By keeping your intentions right and your attitude tenacious, you can achieve the impossible.

Never give up- that is the secret of success and attainment. You may fail, that does not matter- if you are persistent in your practice you will attain success. A seemingly impossible thing becomes possible in the face of sheer persistent practice, regular, unfailing, unbroken practice/efforts. It breaks down all obstacles in the way- it overcomes all hurdles and reaches the goal. This type of nature and winner should seek to develop within himself, improving one’s own self with every failure. In this lies the guarantee of your success.

Failure + Tenacity = Success

The race is not won by the swift or the strong but those who can endure till the end. Have you ever watched a marathon runner in the performance of their pinnacle art? They pace themselves watching like a hawk until the timing is right for their approach and ascension to greatness.

Let your passion, determination, and grit weather the storm, and when the hard times dissipate, the glory of a tremendous winning season will mark a new chorus of incredible changes to propel you where you need to be. Interestingly enough, facing the challenges of our hard times is a more character building exercise than anything else.

An observation about the motivational characteristics of organizational leaders is that they are tenacious. Resilience is a part of tenacity because a tenacious person will bounce back from a setback through continuous effort. Our success depends upon our ability to overcome rejection and keep trying. There is a clear link between leadership effectiveness and tenacity, a strongly developed sense of purpose and a willful determination to achieve what you want. Between our intent and its accomplishment, lies the need for persistence. The persistence to give it our best effort, again and again, not allowing ourselves to slow down or get discouraged. You need the courage to do what you have to do; to make the sacrifices that might be needed, and to keep going even when you stumble along the way.

To be successful one has to ‘plan persistent action’ over a ‘period of time’. You need to clearly create a ‘vision’; a picture of exactly what you want the end result to be. You should use all five senses to create this vision. See it, smell it, feel it, taste it and hear it.

The human spirit is incredible. It is stronger than we ever suspected. It gives us drive, passion, and the power to achieve our dreams. We live most of our lives unaware of just how powerful we are. If you look around, you will find hundreds and thousands of stories of people who overcame horrific circumstances. No matter how adverse the situation was they pushed through to the other side. In the process they changed. They allowed their commitment to the goal to change who they were. In many instances they surprised themselves, doing things that they never dreamed themselves capable of.

I truly believe that we must use the power of persistence everyday and it will not only enrich our lives, but it will propel us to success.

Accept Defeat To Win Glory

We get real joy when we understand our role in providing genuine tolerance in accepting defeat and turning it into glory. We can turn defeat into glory only if we have first accepted that we have lost, otherwise we lose a lot of important time and energy convincing ourselves and others that I am not a looser.

By accepting defeat one actually accepts his own self, and takes the full responsibility of the outcome of one’s own actions, due to which the defeat has happened. You are ready to evaluate all your actions and understand why you earned the results you received and by doing so we open up a source of positive energy and are ready to look into other possibilities of winning and trying again with new double the force, passion, desire and determination to keep going.

Once we have understood our defeat and failure now we can turn it around. Our vision gets clearer and in the right perspective we can view the things and use them for our long term benefits. All suffering and struggle is momentary, thereby helping us to free ourselves of shackles of helplessness.

Will power and strength of conviction shatter the cloak of neglect and sadness and like a magnet, pull the soul, mind, and psyche to fuse in unison and attain self fulfillment. Thus using the defeat to learn from one’s mistakes and thus bounce back stronger and much more learned.

Accepting defeat through introspection and following the dictates of the soul within and the truth outside, turns the tables.
Defeat is no longer a defeat. It turns to be a lesson unto patience and tolerance. Suffering is no longer a pain- it results in strength of character. Moral values so imbibed turn failure to success and provide energy and courage to accept defeat as a stepping stone to glory.

Face the reality and accept this defeat, for in this acceptance lies your real success. Accept it. Trying to change the facts or look at the situation in a way that doesn't recognize your defeat is counterproductive. When you have lost, accept that fact. Having lost you win gloriously.

Few tips for accepting defeat and winning with glory:

1. Accept it: It happened. So what? You have the power to let it impact you for days or for a few hours or not at all. It happens to everyone hundreds of times throughout the life.
2. Learn from it: Instead of looking at losing as a failure, accept it as a challenge to better your craft. Competition should not be about others but yourself. You can opt to use the defeat to better or lose yourself. It’s your choice.
3. Moving forward: Set your sights on a new goal, create new challenges for yourself. If you experienced a big defeat, set your sights on smaller goals until you complete the bigger picture. However, any accomplished journey comes from small steps, so keep moving.
4. Imitate your role models/ idols: Just think about how your role model would have dealt with defeat in a similar situation? They must have used many successful ways to cope with it. Discover the ways in which someone that you admire chose to handle their defeat. It’s likely that their solution could work for you too.
5. Distraction: Instead of letting self-doubt and negativity occupy your mind, put your attention somewhere else. Volunteer or spend time helping someone else get over their problems. These activities can additionally do wonders for your self-esteem.

Besides the practical knowledge which defeat offers, there are important personality profits to be taken. Defeat is nothing but education; nothing but the first step to something better. Accept it and move ahead.

Life gives us a thousand reasons to cry, but a million reasons to smile, it is like any game you can either win or lose but whatever happens whether you win or you lose , you need to smile after that and play once again.

It is good to lose; our victory is hidden in this defeat. Losing over in a small crisis teaches us how to win over the big battles of life. Happy Winning

Look Fear in The Face

The most dominant emotion in our society is fear. We are afraid of losing the things we have worked so hard to buy, afraid of rejection and failure, afraid of certain parts of town, afraid of certain types of people, afraid of criticism, suffering, heartache, change, telling people how we truly feel, and we are afraid of ourselves. Some fears we are conscious of, some are subconscious. Fear can paralyze the human spirit and stop any of us from living life.

For looking fear in the face, one requires courage, by courage I mean the ability to face those imaginary fears and reclaim the far more powerful life that you've denied yourself. Fear of failure. Fear of rejection. Fear of going broke. Fear of being alone. Fear of humiliation. Fear of public speaking. Fear of being ostracized by family and friends. Fear of physical discomfort. Fear of regret. Fear of success.

How many of these fears are holding you back? How would you live if you had no fear at all? You'd still have your intelligence and common sense to safely navigate around any real dangers, but without feeling the emotion of fear, would you be more willing to take risks, especially when the worst case wouldn't actually hurt you at all? Would you speak up more often, talk to more strangers, ask for more sales, and dive headlong into those ambitious projects you've been dreaming about? What if you even learned to enjoy the things you currently fear? What kind of difference would that make in your life?

Have you previously convinced yourself that you aren't really afraid of anything... that there are always good and logical reasons why you don't do certain things? It would be rude to introduce yourself to a stranger. You shouldn't attempt public speaking because you don't have anything to say. Asking for a raise would be improper because you're supposed to wait until the next formal review. They're just rationalizations though - think about how your life would change if you could confidently and courageously do these things with no fear at all.

Look fear directly in the face, means you might be scared, afraid but still go ahead and face it, do it, rather attempt more on the things you are afraid to do. Life does not give us a second chance, let us not hold back our self, take that first step and face the fear, you shall come out much stronger and courageous and in the process enjoying life more.

The most important point I want to make here is that real courage is a mental skill, not an emotional one. Neurologically it means using the thinking neocortex part of your brain to override the emotional impulses. In other words, you use your human intelligence, logic, and independent will to overcome the limitations you've inherited as an emotional mammal.

Fear is not your enemy. It is a compass pointing you to the areas where you need to grow. There is some weakness of your own, which is holding you back. So when you encounter a new fear within yourself, celebrate it as an opportunity for growth, just as you would celebrate reaching a new personal best with strength training.
Courage is not the absence of fear, but the acquired ability to move beyond fear. Each day we must pass through the jungle of doubt and cross the valley of fear. It's only then that we can live on the high peaks of courage.

Take a moment to wander through history (family, national, and human) think about the men & women you most admire. Who would they be without courage? Courage is the father of every great moment and movement in history.

Courage is essential to the human experience. No one is born with courage. It's an acquired virtue. Like most qualities of character, when practiced we become stronger. Everything in life requires courage. From asking someone out on a date, to starting your own business, to struggling to overcome addiction, Life takes courage.

So much can be accomplished in one moment of courage. The measure of your life will be the measure of your courage. Courage is what brings us to life, and makes everything possible. Yet, courage is the rarest quality in a person. By getting to the root cause of our fears and doubts we can examine them in the light and re-frame them for the future. This will enable us to function in a more satisfying and rewarding manner. We become what we are through our decisions, all of which require courage.

Lack of courage is often express in the decision not to make a decision. Conquer your fears and live fully. Stop and look fear in the face, it will cease to bother you. Stay with the fear and be a victim, face the fear and be a conqueror/ winner, choice is yours.

SUCCESS Beyond FEAR

FEAR is False Evidence Appearing Real.
There is the light at the end of every tunnel. The very fact that you are in darkness and trouble right now, means that light is few yards away, success is not far off. As the fear dissolves, you will start to see options and possibilities and become optimistic about the change. And this fear can only be dissolved by moving forward taking action, embracing the fear itself and dissolving it.
The wild ride between hope and fear is unavoidable. Fear is the necessary consequence of feeling hopeful again. Contrary to our belief that hope and fear are opposites where one trumps the other, they are a single package, bundled together as intimate, eternal partners. Hope never enters a room without fear at its side. If I hope to accomplish something, I’m also afraid I’ll fail. You can’t have one without the other.
Hope is what propels us into action. We’ve been taught to dream of a better world as the necessary first step in creating one. We create a clear vision for the future we want, and then we set a strategy, make a plan, and get to work. We focus strategically on doing only those things that have a high probability of success.
As long as we “keep hope alive” and work hard, our endeavors will create the world we want.

Motivated by hope, but then confronted by failure, we become depressed and demoralized. Life becomes meaningless; we despair of changing things for the better. At such a time, we learn the price of hope. Rather than inspiring and motivating us, hope has become a burden made heavy by its companion, fear of failing. Liberated from hope and fear, we are free to discover clarity and energy, but the journey there demands behaviors we’re not familiar with or have actively avoided. Those who have persevered and maintained steadfast focus even when their efforts have yielded little or no results. How does one make this possible?
I’ve noted that those who endure, who have stamina for the long haul and become wiser in their actions over time, are those who are not attached to outcomes. They don’t seek security in plans or accomplishments. They exchange certainty for curiosity, fear for generosity. They plunge into the problem, treat their attempts as experiments, and learn as they go. This kind of insecurity is energizing; people become engaged in figuring out what works instead of worrying about how to avoid failure.
A willingness to feel insecure, then, is the first step on the journey beyond hope and fear. It leads to the far more challenging state: groundlessness. Knowing that nothing ever remains the same, learning to live with the unrelenting constant of change, realizing that even the good things won’t last forever, accepting that change is just the way it is.
All fear (and hope) arises from looking backward or forward. The present moment is the only place of clear seeing unclouded by hope or fear.
Don’t prolong the past, don’t invite the future, and don’t be deceived by appearances, just dwell in present awareness. Of course, trying to be present when everything around you is crashing down is not easy. It takes enormous effort and discipline to keep recalling ourselves back to the present moment. Only in the present moment, free from hope and fear, do we receive the gifts of clarity and resolve. Freed also from anger, aggression, and urgency, we are able to see the situation clearly, take it all in, and discover what to do. This clarity reveals “right action”—those actions that feel genuinely appropriate in this moment without any concern about whether they will succeed or not.
Hope as an attribute we carry in us always, a state of being that is not dependent on outcomes.
Hope is a dimension of the soul … an orientation of the spirit, an orientation of the heart. It transcends the world that is immediately experienced and is anchored somewhere beyond its horizons.
… It is not the conviction that something will turn out well, but the certainty that something makes sense regardless of how it turns out.
Hope is not related to accomplishment. It is, quite simply, a dimension of being human. To feel hope, we don’t have to accomplish anything. Hope is always right there, in our very being, our human spirits, and our fundamental human goodness.
If we know that we are hope, it becomes much easier to stop being blinded or seduced by hopeful prospects.
Do not depend on the hope of results … you may have to face the fact that your work will be apparently worthless and even achieve no result at all, if not perhaps results opposite to what you expect. As you get used to this idea, you start more and more to concentrate not on the results, but on the value, the rightness, the truth of the work itself.
Beyond hope and fear, freed from success or failure, learning what right action feels like, its clarity and energy. You might still get angry, enraged, and frustrated. But no longer let your activities be driven by these powerful, destructive emotions. Learned to pause, come back to the present moment, and calm down. Take no actions until you can trust your interior state—until you become present in the moment and clarity emerges undimmed by hope and fear. Then act, rightly with hope. It isn’t outcomes that matter. It’s people, our relationships that give meaning to our struggles. If we free ourselves from hope and fear, from having to succeed, we discover that it becomes easier to love, everything you do and everyone around you. We stop blaming, and we stop being disappointed in each other.
Can we do our work without needing to see results? Can we be content that our work might bear fruit, but not in our lifetime? Can we cheerfully plant seeds with little concern for the harvest?

Have Faith in Yourself – Achieve Success

How much faith do you have in yourself? 100%, 200%, if it’s to this scale, then how can you be under a state of self doubt in any challenging situation? Difficult situation is not new to any one of us, perhaps in a day we come across it many times, but there if we have complete faith in our self, our abilities, our courage, and our intelligence then we should know that this situation is nothing else but the test of that faith. In school do you remember, just minutes before the exam, that state of fear, uncertainty, self doubt, but if and only if we have faith in our preparation, we are confident that we shall secure good marks; then for sure we shall pass the test not only with good marks but also come out stronger and achiever.

The higher standards/classes you reach in school and college, the more difficult the exam gets. But in the end even the degree achieved is higher, which is achieved only and only after passing the exams. Just similar is the situation in life now, the only difference is you are not in school or college there is no set time for the exam and test does not come in the form of an examination paper. So next time you are in a challenging situation, remember it is the test of life you are going through just to become stronger for the next level, to achieve more success and happiness in life you have to go through it. And how well do you go through this, would depend upon how much faith do you have in yourself, how well are you prepared for your test? Trust me we all have a diamond inside, only thing it is hidden somewhere. We are never given a situation we can’t deal with; it just requires some additional effort, some more introspection.

Have Faith in yourself, you have the ability to achieve things not known; this is the most important faith of all. Something which you are not aware today, with all science and logic not possible today, but with your faith and sincere persistent efforts, it is possible tomorrow. If you don't believe in yourself, then it will be impossible to truly believe in anything else that you cannot see, touch, feel or physically behold. I mean your dreams, your goals, if and only if you have faith in yourself, you shall have faith in your dreams, that yes you can make them possible.

Look at the word impossible, I look at it and read I m possible. This change in the vision is required, how you look at things, situations and your tests. Remember that having faith in yourself will lead you to having faith in others, as well as in the achievement of things previously thought to be unattainable in your life. Improve your own self-image, self-talk and self-confidence, make your life better and this world a better place, it starts from myself, having faith in me.

Few steps to start with:
• Always thinking that you’re capable of succeeding can help the thought sink into your subconscious. Remember, failure begins with disbelief. And success begins with FAITH to succeed.
• Stop thinking of what you can’t do but begin to be think, of the things that you can do. Be a “yes” type of person. At least to yourself.
• When grabbing opportunities, place your heart into it. Again, believe that you’ll make things happen with this opportunity in hand.
• Think BIG, believe BIG. As that realistic proverb says, “Aim for the roof, you fall on the floor. Aim for the sky and you fall on the roof.” But just concentrate on soaring upwards.
• As you can see, it’s all in the mind. Start with positive thoughts and the rest will follow. For a month practice only positive talk with yourself, even if a negative thought comes convert it to positive.

If you think, you can achieve very little with faith, then don’t forget you can do nothing without it. HAVE FAITH, its possible, you can do it.
